Founder
Led by Kieran Russ
Kieran founded Produp in 2021 and brings more than 20 years of experience across product, technology and business transformation. He has led work across B2B software, regulated services, energy and retail, combining executive responsibility with hands-on delivery.
Kieran holds an MBA and is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner. He joined the 2026 cohort of the AI-Driven Business Transformation programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
